A healthy working environment
December 03, 2005
More and more people are working in office environments, more people are working from home. We are spending more time indoors and in front of a computer. While office work is physically a lot safer than manual and outdoor work there are more subtle dangers.
Sitting at a desk all day is leading to a sedentary lifestyle, we do not get as much exercise as we used to. The indoor air quality is not as clean as you might think, chemicals are released into the air from office equipment, carpets and even the paint on the walls.
HealthySOHO aims to help and inform you of how you can improve your health and working environment.
